Freshman students and transfer students must pay their fees by the time stated in the approval notification - unless they are already using the direct debit.
For freshman and transfer students, as a general rule the possibiltiy of exemption of tuition fees is only possible by reimbursement i.e initially the payment is debited or the applicants must pay the fees initially by the time stated in the approval notification, and will then be reimbursed in the case of an exemption.
If payment is to be made via transfer for any specific reason (a direct debit is not possible from foreign bank accounts) please make sure the full customer reference number is included on the transfer document (this can be found on the approval of notification).
If payment of all de fees is not made by the specified date, matriculation will not be possible. If direct debit is not being used, proof of transfer must be provided when registering.
