Around 2000 students are currently enrolled in one of the degree programs offered by "Georg Simon Ohm Business School," in the Department of Business Administration.
Faculty employs 45 professors, all of whom have many years of work experience in international business. In addition, an adjunct staff of 58 instructors provide direct insights into real-life applications in their seminars.

"Georg Simon Ohm Business School" offers various mentoring programs and interdisciplinary projects that help students get started in Business Administration. We are also involved in international cooperations with businesses that they can actively participate in.

The Department of Business Administration further offers an exclusive degree program in International Business to about 60 students per year. Approximately one third of them are international students who add internationality to this program from the very beginning.  Highly qualified professors and lecturers who distinguish themselves by their longstanding experience in private economy, combine in their courses theoretical and practical knowledge. Unique trademark of the International Business program, however, is the students’ close personal contact to staff and faculty members of our department.

Often "in charge," business administration graduates work in leading positions in international business. They are consultants for corporations and human resources and are responsible for handling business transactions and finances of business organizations.
Business administration graduates assume the duties of a general manager or executive in international companies. They work with their team to organize the planning and management of finances and negotiate with business partners. They plan staff requirements or manage company logistics. In marketing, they play the role of an internal or external representative, develop concepts and strategies and manage the relevant budgets. Business administration graduates work alone or in teams on financing concepts and act as business consultants.

The practical focus of the degree programs OHM offers is particularly designed to meet these highly varied requirements. After completing program requirements, students are awarded the following degree:

The scheduled time for degree completion is seven semesters, during which we will provide a comprehensive and practice oriented education that also includes assignments for personality development. All International Business courses are taught in English. Our foreign language courses in Spanish, French, Italian and "German for Foreign Students" serve to prepare students for their international careers.

Our master's degree program in Business Administration offers students further and in-depth management training that opens up opportunities in company management positions and prepares students to apply for senior civil service jobs.
