Das Lehrpersonal des Instituts für Sprachen und Interkulturelle Kompetenz entspricht den akademischen Anforderungen der Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule Nürnberg. Alle Lehrkräfte verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss und über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Lehrkraft und in der freien Wirtschaft.
Die Lehrkräfte im Fachbereich Interkulturelle Kompetenz zeichnen sich durch langjährige Erfahrung als Business-Trainer mit entsprechenden Qualifikationen aus. Für länderspezifische Seminare stehen Dozenten aus den jeweiligen Nationen zur Verfügung.
Ein Großteil der Dozenten verfügt darüber hinaus über Zusatzqualifikationen , die es uns ermöglichen, auch fachsprachliche Kurse z.B. für Techniker, Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Sozialpädagogen, Architekten oder gar Musiker anzubieten.
